Decked Out House is a spacious 4, 5 or even 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath Belize Vacation Rental Home that can be separated into three 1 or 2 bedroom apartments, each with its own floor level and unique design.
This vacation house offers quality yet affordable lodging for individuals, couples families or groups. Placencia Belize's Decked Out House Caribbean style vacation rental home offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Both its north and south sides are bordered by the beautiful Placencia Lagoon. Thus, refreshing sea breeze flow through its numerous decks and custom-designed open-air windows and French doors.
This splendid Placencia lodging accommodation is not only attractive and comfortable; it has creative, interesting, entertaining and decorative touches such as marble wall and floor mosaic and lizards who inhabit the Lizard Loo.
ENTIRE HOUSE:
Decked Out House is most desirable when rented as an entire private vacation house. It consists of 3+ levels, each of which are occasionally are rented as separate units. Most often the 2nd and 3rd levels are rented in combination, which is called the "Main House". When the ground floor large studio apartment is added to the Main House, the combined rental area of levels 1, 2, and 3 is called the "Entire House".
MAIN HOUSE:
Floors 2 and 3 of Decked Out House are the "Main House” section. It offers 4 bedrooms plus a loft and optional 5-bedroom suite. This main area is quite lovely and offers interesting and unique decor.
The "Main House" was originally designed to function first as a very spacious single family home with exceptionally spacious private quarters for personal guests on the third level. For this reason each level has a kitchen but different designs. The main house, the 2nd and third levels, offer 3 master bedrooms including a kitchen suite, plus an air conditioned all purpose/sleeping room, a children's loft 3.5 baths plus 1600 sq ft of decks.
LEVEL#3:
The 3rd floor, the top full floor has two very large bedrooms, one a suite. When the main house is rented, these two rooms are counted as two of the 4 bedroom offered. This floor can also be rented as a 2- bedroom apartment. In times of last minute availability, the just Palm Suite can be rented.
The largest bedroom, the Palm Room/ Suite, is an especially gorgeous suite with mahogany paneled walls. It hosts a bar/kitchenette, 1/2 refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. Its furnishings include a futon couch of palm fabric, hardwood table for 4-6 persons, hand carved hardwood queen bed, and a single day-bed and cable TV. The suite has its own large walk-in closet /dressing room. During the non-peak season or at time of last moment vacancy, this suite can be rented as a separate unit at very reasonable rate for such high quality accommodation.
The second large bedroom has attractive mixed wood hardwood walls, beds and ceiling. Its floor is of Santa Maria wood and tile. Furnishings include a loveseat, table and chairs, King bed which convert to 2 extra long twins.
This floor as two adjoining baths that are separated by a solid door. Above these baths and a large closet is a small sleeping loft that has a secret door with access to the 4th level lookout.
In each room French doors open to sun porches that overlook the marina. Situated over the south-side lagoon is each rooms doors open onto a 425 sq foot covered deck.
Having waterfront on both its front and back sides the house benefits from plenty of sea breeze. The higher you are, the more wind. There are numerous open-air windows and French doors. Each room has 3 effective ceiling fans.
LEVEL #2:
The second floor is the main floor and loveliest one of the house. It hosts the Queen's Room, a 650 sq ft area great 630 sq feet, including the gourmet kitchen. It also hosts, the "Sunkiss Master Bedroom", the "Lizard Loo" bathroom, and the versatile and private "North of the Border Nook that room." that is perfect for dining, sitting, TV watching and sleeping.
The dining room is part of the great room. The dining table can be expanded to seat 12. It hosts a main table for 8 to which plus 2 additional table of the same with can be added.
The dining area has bay windows with a wide French door. It offers a terrific view of a lagoon; the hokey pokey water taxi passes several times daily.
Sun Kiss Room
This 2nd level room has Santa Maria hardwood walls and beamed ceilings. Its wide French doors open onto a large covered veranda. Its comfortable bed is queen in size.
North of the Border Nook
Located off the kitchen, this room is quite versatile in regard to uses. It is a perfect place to dine, play cards or one of the house's board games, or watch TV. This room has two comfortable corner single beds (one is extra long) that can be rearranged to fit snuggly together. This room offers air-conditioning.
Lizard Loo
The main level has one spacious bath. The shower offers a surprise which should not be spoiled by revealing it here.
Level #1 Large Studio
This ground level 425 sq ft. studio apartment. It is accessed by private entrance off the spacious first level covered deck or an inside entrance which when unlocked joins it to units #2 and #3 to form a 5 bedroom villa. The studio is most often rented independently being suitable for 1-3 guests.
The studio has a sitting area which is separated from the sleeping area by a partial wall partition. It offers a kitchen with full stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, double sink and cook wear. For sleeping it has a double bed, single bed plus futon sofa. It also offers a private bath, TV wireless DSL, bicycles complimentary canoe and kayaks and a phone. Its atmosphere is very comfortable and attractive although less luxurious than the upper 2 floors.
Happy Iguana Room
This room is only rented in conjunction with the larger 1st floor Studio and is named for its iguana patterned fresco. It is accessed by its own outside entrance from its private patio, or by the interior hallway that leads to the larger studio or the main house foyer. Happy Iguana Room has a double bed, TV, small refrigerator, microwave, bar sink, and coffee pot. This room is used as either the second 1st floor bedroom, a 6th bedroom for Entire House rental. All Decked Out House Units offer, midweek cleaning, cable TV, use of bicycles, kayaks, canoe, family board games, and access to wireless DSL and phone. A crib is available.

Consist of # 2 and #3 levels combined: 4 bedrooms - 2 queens, 1 king or 2 twins, bunk twin set, double (loft), 3 singles, 3.5 bath, 2 kitchen.
Level #3: Sleep 7/8
2 grand suites rooms, 1queen, 1 king or 2 extra long twins, 1 bunk set, 1 single, double futon couch, full kitchen, sitting and dining area, spacious decks.
Level #2: Sleep 4+
2 bedroom suite - one Queen, 2 single beds, (extra single upon request), air conditioned den/sleeping room, large luxurious great room and kitchen, 1 bath, 2 large covered verandas.
Level #1: Sleep 2/3 (4/5 with added room)
Studio Suite - double bed and single double futon couch - separate living, kitchen and sleeping areas, private bath.
Happy Iguna room: double bed, small kitchenette, private patio.
Palm Suite: Sleep 3+
Level #3's largest room - kitchen/bar, sleeping, sitting and dining areas, dressing room, double bath, Queen and single bed, futon couch.

- If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus $100.00usd cancelation fee per unit. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the sixty day period or later.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
