Upper patios are the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee relax with a book, share a meal … in short to enjoy yourself.
Casa Del Sol has all the comforts of home – The villa is internet ready with DSL and WiFi for those people who just need to be in the “know”. Ceiling fans whirl above and compliment the cool Caribbean breeze while there is A/C for the nights when the cool sea breeze just isn’t enough. If you’d like the pantry and refrigerator can be stocked with everything you like and more – even Coppola wine! Landry service available with addtional charge. And best of all . . . you have a house attendant and full maid service and private chef on site.
Casa Del Sol entire downstairs caters to leisure. The expansive loggia boasts a plush sofa, lovely natural hardwood table that seats up to 12 people, a barbecue area, deck lounges for sunning, a conveniently placed half bath and an infinity swimming pool, all overlooking the inviting Caribbean Sea – the perfect area for relaxing or even entertaining!
Incredible seafront views and relaxing breeze add to your well deserved self indulgence… lounging on the balcony, soaking in its beach side pool, even long siestas in the patio hammock.

PEAK SEASON - 7 nights minimum stay
HIGH SEASON - 5 nights minimum stay

The Kids room cannot be rented by itself.
The Deluxe and Villa Suite could be rented in High Season upon special request made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% from total rack rate for individual bookings is required to confirm a reservation. No reservation is confirmed until proper payment is received.
BALANCE: Final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date or 90 days prior if travel is during peak periods.
LATE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival are payable at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE IN WRITING AND MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE COMPANY AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED AS A VALID CANCELLATION.
High/Low Season
90 or more days prior to the date of arrival at Hotel -Full refund minus a $50.00USD cancellation fee.
60 to 90 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel - Forfeit 25% of deposit/payment minus a $50.00USD cancellation fee
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel - Forfeit 50% of deposit/payment minus a $50.00usd cancellation Fee
Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at Hotel - No Refund of deposit or payment.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, world events, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories, personal issues or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
Peak Season
60 to 90 days prior to date of arrival – Forfeit 50% of deposit and any payment minus $50.00usd cancellation fee
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival – Forfeit 75% of deposit and any payment minus 450.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 45 days prior to arrival at Hotel – No Refund of deposit or payment.
